It was a full house on March 1!

Russ and Peg Hall are authors and hikers who have walked sections of the Camino de Santiago (The Way of St. James) in France and Spain five times since 2008. They spoke about their journey at Brasington's Adventure Outfitters on Saturday, March 1 at 10:00 at an in-depth workshop.

This workshop provided practical information needed to plan a hike on the Camino's 1,000-year-old pilgrimage trail:

  • What, and where, is the Camino? Who hikes it?
  • What must you carry? Where do you stay, and eat?
  • How much does it cost? Why might you want to hike it?
  • What are the challenges, and rewards?
Peg and Russ Hall are experts on the Way of St. James.

Peg and Russ Hall previewed the workshop at the Florida Trail Association's Feb. 20 meeting, and also caught up with hikers on March 2 during an optional training walk at San Felasco Hammock!
